This month, in honor of American Heart Month, LMS has been participating in the Kids Heart Challenge in partnership with the American Heart Association. During P.E., students have been learning how to keep their hearts and minds happy, while LMS families have been raising funds to help kids with special hearts.
The Challenge ends tomorrow -- which means there is still time to participate!
Here’s how you can help:
Every step in your mission – from learning Hands-Only CPR, to recognizing the warning signs of a stroke, to making or receiving a donation – makes our community safer and helps kids with special hearts.

Congratulations to the FIRST GRADE on winning the Battle of the Grades, with 73% of parents contributing to the Annual Fund. They will have their pizza and ice cream party this week!
To date, 54% of LMS parents have contributed to the Annual Fund. Thank you for your support! These dollars support an additional 8 faculty and staff positions at LMS.
If you have not yet contributed, we would still love your support, as our goal is 100% parent participation. Your donation can be made online, through a DAF, or by mailing a check to: LMS PTA, PO Box 136, Lookout Mountain, TN 37350.
Thanks for your support!
