LINQ Connect is the online system for parents and guardians to securely deposit money into a child's lunch account using bank or credit card information. You can also review purchases on your account, transfer balances, and submit a free & reduced application (or view its status).
If you have an existing account from last year, your login information and all of your previous account information will be the same. If you do not have an account already, you will need to register for one online.

LMS has a new school safety officer (SSO) for the 2024-2025 school year! Help us welcome Officer Brittani King to our school community.
To help us all get to know her, Officer Brittani shared the following introduction:
Hello Lookout Mountain Elementary! My name is Officer Brittani King, and I am so excited to join this tight knit community this school year.
This is the beginning of my third year working as a School Safety Officer for Hamilton County schools. Prior to this, I worked for a private security company at the Criminal Courthouse in downtown Chattanooga. Before that, I was a police officer in the United States Army for 11 years. Although the travels and experiences were worthwhile, working in the schools is my passion.
I absolutely love being around the students and staff. My goal is to help provide an environment that is safe and secure for everyone. With that being said, I am not a police officer. The best way I know to explain it to the students, staff, and parents is that I am here as your “bodyguard." I do not have any set order for the way that I do things. It is important for me to stay vigilant and unpredictable when it comes to me roving the building.
I am often asked if I have any children of my own and my response is, “Yes, I have several hundred of them from 8:00-3:00 Mon-Fri." That usually elicits a chuckle, but in all seriousness, I do consider the students in the building as mine to protect while they are here.
