Thank you to all who attended and supported Saddle Up for Lookout! The night was a great success, and we are so grateful for the funds raised to support our school and this year's special project: natural stone bleachers complementing the soon-to-be installed turf field. The results are a testament to the generosity of our community and the many volunteers, faculty, and staff who made the event possible.

LMS families raised $3,754.55 this year through the American Heart Association’s Kids Heart Challenge. Thank you to all who participated for their generosity and support!
During P.E., students learned ways to keep their hearts and minds healthy while helping raise funds for the health of all hearts. From learning Hands-Only CPR to recognizing the warning signs of a stroke, every step in the challenge helped make our community safer and supported lifesaving work.
A special thank you to P.E. Coach Kirsten McDonald for championing this effort and bringing the Kids Heart Challenge to life at LMS.

The LMS PTA is looking for its next Public Relations board member. This unique role entails liaising with the LMS faculty, staff, and community members to write school-specific articles for the Mountain Mirror, in addition to producing the weekly LMS Ledger. It is a great behind the scenes role that touches many parts of the school and community.
