Lifetouch has agreed to reprint the 2025-2026 yearbooks because the covers were scratched. If you would like to trade in your copy or pick up copies you haven't received, you will be notified via email (lookoutyearbook@gmail.com) with instructions. The reprints should be available around August 20th.
Carnival will be on Thursday, October 22!
Rain date is a full week later, Thursday, October 29.
Donations:
Stuffed Animal Collection is August 31-September 4
Costume Collection is September 8-11
Jars are being collected September 14-18
Carnival T-Shirts and Wristbands:
T-shirt and Wristband orders will start the week of October 5th, which is the week before fall break.
T-shirts and Wristbands will be fulfilled on one date - October 20 (with no rolling fulfillment)

This school year, ParentSquare will serve as our unified communications platform, bringing district, school, classroom, and extracurricular communications together in one place. ParentSquare will be the primary communication tool across HCS as well as LMS. Contact information is linked to PowerSchool to ensure notification accuracy. ParentSquare will replace all other current communication tools, bringing messaging, alerts, and family engagement into one streamlined system.
There is also a ParentSquare app to have access on your phone throughout the day.
Class Dojo will no longer be used; teachers will message through ParentSquare as well as email.
Please refer to the email you received from HCS for more information on how to access and set notification alerts as we begin implementing this new communication platform.
